- Project Bees ‘n Butterflies (2019, development phase): Working in collaboration with the City of Conway, University of Central Arkansas and Community Connections to develop and execute a community garden & apiary to be run, front-to-back, by at-risk and differently-abled youth and young adults. The effort will afford unique opportunities to the students to:
- Achieve occupational, business development and leadership skills, utilizing exhibited strengths in horticulture, apiary, trade and consumer packaged goods development, marketing and sales to their own best advantage as they grow flowers, teas, fruits and herbs; run and manage an apiary; and trade within community and regional farmers markets in the fruits of their own efforts.
- Project Rise ‘n Shine (2018, development phase): Working in collaboration with Beaded Spoon, 42-Changemakers and Mwaganza in Kenya, Africa, to develop and execute an ESG-structured effort to empower:
- Rural women’s farmers’ cooperatives across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Ethiopia to develop trade-to-made opportunities in coffee, cocoa, baobab, bamboo and cotton, converting trade in raw goods into production facilities capable of producing branded lines of CPG products in each of these verticals
- Women artisans from the Maasai Tribe of Kenya to bring their beadwork to a global audience through production of jewelry, animal collars & leashes to be marketed and sold under their branded identity in retail outlets in the U.S. and Europe.

- Increase earnings ability for the cooperative and their members fivefold ($2.7M-USD cumulative in 2018) by 2024
